Anansi Boys
But of course my real pick of the week (for Neal Stephenson is not for the faint of heart) is Anansi Boys. Admittedly, I am a Neil Gaiman groupie. I know that his last book, American Gods, curled both hair and toes and made people go "Eeew!" But Anansi Boys makes up for it. It's wonderful. It's funny, it's clever, it's exciting. And really, once Fat Charlie gets his lime, there's just no turning back.
