I have just finished the brilliant and harrowing How I Live Now, by Meg Rosoff. I can't even begin to describe it, everyone should read this book. -JDG

I'm envious... Looks like you're better at scheduling your time than I am. Reading is a definitely luxury for me right now. A lack of time, a local library the size of a large broom closet, and a 1 year old understudy for the energizer bunny is not a very good combination :/
here's recommendation for you "Daughter of the Forest" by Juliet Marillier. It's the first in a series. Great book--looks to be a great series too, unfortunately, the local library only has this one. :/
